Kristin Günther, educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Trondheim and in Berlin, is known for simple, arresting images and unique innovations. She has worked primarily with video and video installations. Her singular vision manages to be both radical and subtle, successfully effecting a change in perception of time, space and life.One of her major works is HESTEN (THE HORSE), which has been recently added to the prestigious Kistefos museum collection. http://www.kistefos.museum.no/index.php?groupid=264


Günther has worked extensively in cinema, as director of short films, production designer, and prolific storyboard illustrator. She has also collaborated as production designer on several projects with animator Pjotr ​​Sapegin.
